"I contacted Katherine Lukitsch at the State Farm Office in Hooksett needing insurance. My policy needs were rather small but I was treated amazingly well! My entire transaction for this particular need was less than $100 total and I have no other current insurance products with them, but they were amazing. Based on my experience, I plan to use them for all my future insurance needs and was completely blown away by how helpful Katherine was. Katherine was amazingly helpful, kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Although it was an extremely small transaction the office handled it with care and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire office. I would definitely recommend this office to others and think that anyone who has need of insurance would do well to use their services. I found the price very reasonable but equally important, they worked very hard to get me the product I actually need. I feel fortunate I found them. I do not normally post reviews of all my positive experiences with services (I find most services do a decent enough job at providing good value), but I feel that they went so far above and beyond to help me and I would like others to have the same opportunity. I found them by random luck. However, this office will definitely be my first stop in the future for all my insurance needs. Although what I needed was rather small this time, the professional and courteous way they handled it and their caring for my business demonstrated that this office actually cares about getting me the product I need."
